Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. - 15+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and reporting requirements. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with investors and analysts. - Strategic thinker with the ability to contribute to overall business strategy. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
