Head - Investor Relations & M&A

1. Investor Relations & Capital Markets (70%):

- Own and drive the Investor Relations function, acting as the primary interface between the company and institutional investors, analysts, shareholders, and the investment community.

- Develop and execute an investor engagement strategy, including investor conferences, roadshows, analyst meetings, and earnings calls.

- Lead preparation of quarterly investor presentations, annual reports, earnings call materials, FAQs, press releases, and other investor communication.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with buy-side and sell-side stakeholders while ensuring consistent market messaging.

- Track investor sentiment, analyst models, market expectations, and valuation drivers, providing actionable insights to leadership.

- Drive peer benchmarking, industry analysis, and capital market intelligence to support management decision-making.

2. Corporate Strategy (20%):

- Support the CFO and leadership team in strategic planning, business performance reviews, and long-term value creation initiatives.

- Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic priorities.

- Develop strategic insights and Board-level presentations to support business decisions.

3. M&A and Corporate Development (10%):

- Evaluate acquisition, partnership, licensing, and strategic investment opportunities.

- Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction support.

- Work with internal stakeholders, investment bankers, consultants, and legal advisors on strategic transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 1218 years of experience with at least 7+ years in Investor Relations.

- Experience managing IR for a listed organization with regular analyst and investor interactions.

- Exposure to Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Finance, or M&A.

- CA / CFA / MBA Finance from a premier institute.

- Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, FMCG, Consumer, Retail, QSR, or other listed sectors.

- Strong executive presence, communication skills, financial acumen, and stakeholder management capabilities.
