Role Overview: As Head of Investor Relations, youll be the face of Emergent to the investment community. You'll craft and communicate our strategic narrative, build long-term investor relationships, and lead capital-raising efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, finance, and strategy in fast-moving environments. Location: Bangalore, India Reports to: CEO Type: Full-time (Office) Key Responsibilities: 1. Investor Narrative & Strategy - Define and communicate Emergents vision, milestones, and market positioning to current and prospective investors - Create investor materialspitch decks, quarterly updates, FAQs, one-pagers, etc. 2. Capital Raising - Drive and manage fundraising processes - Partner with the CEO on investor outreach, due diligence, and closing 3. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with VCs, family offices, strategic investors, and ecosystem partners - Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, demo days, and strategic briefings 4. Internal Collaboration - Work closely with the CEO, Finance, and GTM teams to align investor messaging with company priorities - Keep leadership informed on investor feedback, market trends, and fundraising benchmarks 5.
