Roles & Responsibilities
Investor Communication
- Prepare investor-related decks, presentations, and materials for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and roadshows.
- Support the release of information, handle inquiries, and coordinate investor conference calls.
- Develop consistent, clear, and engaging messaging aligned with the companys strategy and performance.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to investor and analyst queries related to business performance and strategy.
Corporate Identity & Reporting
- Oversee and manage quarterly earnings announcements, ensuring strategic positioning with analysts, investors, and stakeholders.
- Provide inputs for annual reports, management discussion and analysis (MD&A), and other shareholder documents.
- Ensure all communications uphold the companys brand, tone, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage clear and consistent communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with the investor community to enhance market understanding of the companys value proposition.
Strategic Inputs
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to ensure alignment of messaging across all channels.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communication, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, corporate disclosures, and capital markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience preparing investor materials and managing high-stakes stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information with integrity.
Education
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or related
discipline.
