Head - Investor Relations

Job Summary:

The "Investor Relations Head" will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders. The role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financials, capital markets, and business fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

- Act as the first point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely, transparent, and accurate responses.

- Prepare and manage investor communication materials including corporate presentations, earnings releases, and regulatory filings.

- Organize and lead investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

- Monitor analyst reports, market trends, and shareholder activities, and provide insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with finance, compliance, and senior leadership teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.

- Develop investor FAQs, press releases, and updates to the investor section of the company website.

- Support in preparing speeches, Q&A documents, and media communications related to financial results and strategic initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 8-15 years of proven experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or related areas, preferably with a listed company.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, equity markets, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.
