
Investor Relations Strategy & Narrative:
- Lead the Investor Relations strategy and act as the voice of the company to the investment community, and the voice of investors internally.
- Shape, articulate, and communicate the company's equity story, financial performance, strategy, and growth trajectory in a compelling manner including segment-level narratives across Platform, Sourcing, and Manufacturing, and the company's technology/AI-led transformation agenda.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other capital market participants.
- Engage a globally diversified investor base domestic institutional as well as international FII/FPI investors across roadshow markets.
Reporting, Compliance & ESG/BRSR:
- Prepare investor materials including earnings releases, presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Own the company's ESG and BRSR reporting narrative end-to-end, partnering with Sustainability/Compliance and Communications on underlying content while retaining accountability for investor-facing disclosure.
- Monitor peer performance, industry trends, market dynamics, proxy advisory firms and investor sentiment to provide insights and strategic inputs to the leadership team.
Rating Agency & Capital Markets Engagement:
- Own and manage the company's credit rating agency relationships end-to-end, including rating reviews, agency presentations, and ongoing engagement.
- Support capital markets and corporate development activity by preparing investor-ready equity narratives for strategic/M&A-related transactions as they arise.
- Manage investor events such as quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and roadshows across both domestic and international investor markets.
Stakeholder Management & Board Engagement:
- Partner with Finance, Strategy, Sustainability, and Communications teams to ensure alignment of external messaging with business objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to the Board and Executive Leadership on investor perceptions and recommendations for enhancing shareholder value.
Experience:
- 15+ years of professional experience with at least 10+ years in Investor Relations or senior corporate finance roles in a publicly listed company.
- Direct experience supporting equity narratives around strategic/M&A transactions (e.g., partnership or joint-venture-led capital markets communication) is a strong plus.
