Head - Investor Relations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Investor Relations to lead fundraising initiatives, manage investor communication, and support strategic financial decision-making. This role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and experience in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fundraising & Investor Engagement:

- Drive equity and venture debt fundraising strategy

- Build and manage relationships with VCs, PE funds, and institutional investors

- Develop investor presentations, pitch decks, and communication materials

2. Financial Analysis & Strategy:

- Support leadership with strategic financial insights and decision-making

- Build financial models, track KPIs, and support planning & forecasting

- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning

3. Due Diligence & Transactions:

- Lead financial, tax, and legal due diligence for fund raising and M&A

- Conduct valuations and support investment decisions

- Assist in IPO readiness and board-level reporting

4. Governance & Compliance:

- Ensure regulatory compliance and investor reporting standards

- Support shareholder communications and board processes

Candidate Profile:

- 4-6 years of experience in Investor Relations / Investment Banking / PE / Corporate Finance

- Strong experience in fund raising, financial modeling, and due diligence

- Exposure to VC/PE-backed or high-growth startup environments preferred

- MBA / CFA or relevant finance background is a plus
