We are hiring: Head Investor Relations.

We are looking for a seasoned Head Investor Relations to lead and build a high-impact IR function for a growing organization.

This is a strategic leadership role for a professional who can shape the companys investment story, strengthen investor confidence, and act as a trusted bridge between leadership and the investment community.

Role Overview:

The Head of Investor Relations will be responsible for end-to-end IR strategy, investor & analyst engagement, regulatory disclosures, and supporting capital market and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the overall Investor Relations strategy.

- Build and communicate a strong investment thesis and financial narrative.

- Lead quarterly/annual results, investor presentations, analyst meets & earnings calls.

- Manage regulatory disclosures and ensure full compliance.

- Build strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts & rating agencies.

- Track market trends, peer performance & investor sentiment; advise leadership.

- Support capital raising, M&A, IPO/QIP and greenfield projects.

- Work closely with Finance, Legal & Corporate Communications.

- Lead crisis communication with the investment community.

Candidate Profile:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA.

- 18+ years of experience in Investor Relations / Corporate Finance / Capital Markets.

- Strong exposure to listed company environment & regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent financial, strategic, and executive communication skills.
