A fast-growing investment banking & capital markets platform is looking for a senior leader to build and drive its Investor Relations function globally.

What You Will Lead:

- Design & execute a comprehensive Investor Relations Strategy

- Build long-term strategic relationships with global institutional investors, analysts & capital market participants

- Lead earnings communication, investor decks, strategic narratives & financial messaging

- Partner with CEO & Leadership on investor sentiment, capital market trends & strategy alignment

- Manage roadshows, investor days, conferences & global meetings

- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights & valuation benchmarking

- Support capital-raising efforts across equity, debt & structured products

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance or Equity Research

- Strong relationships with institutional investors & analyst communities

- Deep understanding of valuation, financial analysis & capital markets

- Exceptional communication & executive presence

- Proven ability to influence investor sentiment & shape market perception
