Head - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a compelling investor relations strategy to communicate our financial performance, growth plans, and market positioning

- Serve as primary liaison for institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders

- Lead the preparation and delivery of earnings releases, investor presentations, and financial reports

- Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to inform leadership insights

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange regulations, and governance norms

- Manage crises, reputation risk, and communicate transparently during market volatility

Requirements:

- 15-20 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or related roles - ideally in a listed FMCG or fast-moving consumer goods environment

- Strong financial acumen: reporting, valuation, capital markets

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and capital markets

- Proven track record in building relationships with investors and analysts
