Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Retail Investor Relations function. This role will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of retail investors - including acquisition, advisory, reinvestment, and exits - while serving as their trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in wealth management or real estate advisory, with strong networks among High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs).

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the single point of contact for retail investors.

- Advise investors on suitable projects and products aligned with their goals.

- Manage and facilitate investor exit and reinvestment cycles.

- Organize and conduct investor engagement initiatives, including meets, webinars, and HNI sessions.

- Build a robust pipeline of new investors through referrals and professional networks.

Key Deliverables:

- Development and maintenance of investor relationship dashboards.

- Preparation of new investor onboarding reports.

- Tracking and reporting of exit and reinvestment cycles.

Success Metrics:

- Reinvestment rate of existing investors.

- Value of new investor inflows.

- Investor satisfaction and engagement scores.

- Contribution of retail investors to overall business sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-12 years of proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or real estate advisory.

- Strong HNI network with exceptional relationship management skills.

- MBA or relevant financial advisory qualification preferred.
