Head - Investor Relations

We are looking for an experienced Head of Investor Relations for a listed Tech Startup based out of Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a background in Investment Banking or Front Office roles who have strong experience covering the New Tech and Digital sectors.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance).

- 8-10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance or Capital Markets.

- Prior experience in a listed company is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, stock exchange requirements, and capital markets.

- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research or Front Office roles .

- Strong understanding of New Tech/Digital business models and market dynamics

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media to enhance market confidence.

- Ensure compliance with stock exchange and regulatory requirements

- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive intelligence to advise executive leadership.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate strategy teams to align financial reporting and investor engagement.
