Head - Investor Relations | with pre IPO experience - Reporting into CFO. - Talent currently between 60 - 65L only can apply. - Develop a robust Investor Relation strategy/framework to enhance investor confidence. - Work closely with secretarial department to monitor/understand stock movements and composition of shareholder register - Lead, in coordination with senior executives, cross-functional preparation of quarterly earnings calls, and other investor meetings - Manage company strategy with the Investor community. Circle feedback - Work closely with secretarial department to monitor and understand stock movements and composition of shareholder register - Actively contribute to and manage engagements with external advisors including investment banks, FIIs, Broking houses and other investor community - One point-person for all investor presentations/documentations. - Manage external relationships with rating agencies and analysts and cross functional internal relationships for understanding thorough knowledge of business and industry/market dynamics REQUIRED SKILLS: - Must be a CA or MBA Finance with 15 years experience in reputed listed company. - Minimum of 5 years in managing Investor relations - Strong knowledge of equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&amp;A). Effectively synthesizes and communicates complex business, strategic and financial information - Proven track record long-term relationships within the investment community
