A senior leadership role to lead IPO readiness and long-term value creation, shaping the strategic, financial, and investor narrative of a leading pharma / glass packaging organization.

Reporting to: Managing Director

Experience: 10-15 years

Industry: Pharma Packaging / Glass Packaging / Injectable Packaging / Adjacent sectors

Role Mandate

Own the IPO journey end-to-end while building a 10+ year strategic roadmap aligned with public market expectations, institutional investors, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IPO strategy and execution, including pre-IPO readiness, equity story, valuation framework, and investor positioning

- Partner with bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators on DRHP / RHP inputs, disclosures, governance, and compliance

- Build and own the investor narrative, long-range plans, and public-market KPIs

- Drive a 10+ year strategic roadmap aligned with shareholder value creation

- Identify growth levers across new products, capacity expansion, markets, formats, and inorganic opportunities

- Lead M&A, JVs, and strategic alliances, including diligence, synergy assessment, and post-deal integration

- Own market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and GTM strategy for scalable growth

- Lead strategic initiatives including CAPEX planning, ERP/SAP transformation, ESG frameworks, and digital programs

- Act as a bridge between Strategy, Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations teams

- Support board communication, analyst interactions, and post-listing performance tracking

Candidate Profile:

- Mandatory: Proven IPO experience (Indian or international markets), including pre-IPO preparation, investor engagement, and listing execution

- MBA from a top-tier institute (STEM / Engineering background preferred)

- 10-15 years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking / Consulting with IPO exposure

- Strong exposure to pharma, packaging, specialty materials, glass, or manufacturing-led businesses

- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and capital-markets storytelling skills

- Deep understanding of corporate governance, disclosure norms, and public-market expectations

- Track record of turning strategy into execution in complex organizations
