Job Title: Head Investor Relations

Grade: GM / VP

Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office)

Reporting To: Group CFO

Role Objective:

To lead and institutionalize the Investor Relations function for a large listed NBFC by ensuring high-quality engagement with investors, strengthening market credibility, and delivering consistent, transparent, and compliant communication aligned with sector expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor & Analyst Engagement

- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies

- Drive quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, and analyst interactions

- Build long-term relationships with domestic and global investors

2. Financial Communication & Positioning

- Lead preparation of investor presentations, earnings releases, and disclosures

- Translate financial and operational performance into clear, data-backed narratives

- Support leadership in communicating business strategy, growth outlook, and risk factors

3. Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and stock exchange requirements

- Oversee timely and accurate financial disclosures and investor updates

4. Market Intelligence & Benchmarking

- Track stock performance, analyst reports, and investor sentiment

- Benchmark against peer NBFCs and identify perception gaps

- Provide actionable insights on valuation drivers

5. Strategic Support

- Support capital raising initiatives and investor roadshows

- Contribute to strengthening institutional investor base

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Compliance, and Corporate Communications teams

- Ensure alignment between internal data and external communication

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred

Experience:

- 10 to 15 years in Investor Relations / Equity Research / Corporate Finance

- Experience within listed NBFC / BFSI environment preferred

- Exposure to institutional investor engagement

Key Skills:

- Strong financial and capital markets understanding

- Knowledge of regulatory and disclosure requirements

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Strategic thinking and high ownership
