Our client, a highly reputed name in the Financial Services / NBFC ecosystem, is seeking to appoint an accomplished Head of Investments to lead the Family Office's investment strategy with a long-term, inter-generational perspective.

This role is designed for a seasoned investment professional with a proven track record in capital allocation, disciplined risk management, and fiduciary stewardship. The incumbent will oversee a diversified portfolio across public markets, private equity, real assets, and strategic investments, ensuring alignment with the family's values, governance framework, and legacy objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute the overall investment strategy and asset allocation framework for the Family Office

- Manage investments across listed equities, fixed income, private equity, alternatives, and real assets

- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and ensure prudent capital deployment

- Drive robust risk management, portfolio diversification, and capital preservation across market cycles

- Partner closely with family principals on governance, reporting, and long-term investment philosophy

- Build and manage relationships with investment managers, advisors, and strategic partners

- Establish strong performance monitoring, reporting, and review mechanisms

- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and fiduciary responsibility

Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in investments, asset management, private equity, or institutional portfolio management

- Prior exposure to Family Offices, promoter-led groups, or UHNI capital strongly preferred

- Deep understanding of Indian and global financial markets

- Demonstrated track record of long-term wealth creation and capital preservation

- Strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and stewardship mindset

- Exceptional integrity, discretion, and professionalism
