Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our B2B expansion across Banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and FinTechs. This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned professional who can build strong institutional partnerships, unlock new revenue streams, and shape the future of digital collections.

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing loan portfolios (retail, SME, secured, unsecured) from financial institutions for internal collections.

- Driving business development, relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives.

- Collaborating closely with collections and technology teams to deliver seamless solutions.

- Leading a team of investment analysts for deal evaluation, performance tracking, and portfolio insights.

Candidate Details

- Strong experience in banking, NBFCs, ARCs, or fintech ecosystem.

- Proven ability in sourcing loan pools or selling financial technology/collections solutions.

- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
