Head - Investment/Holding Companies - CA/CS

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead accounts, finance & taxation functions for investment and holding companies

- Manage group consolidation, budgeting, MIS and financial planning

- Drive treasury, fund management and capital allocation strategies

- Ensure statutory, regulatory and corporate governance compliance

- Support M&A, business restructuring and strategic decision-making

Preference :

- Location : Delhi / Kolkata

- Qualification : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) & Company Secretary (CS)

- Experience : 15+ Years

- Must have experience in Value Investing and long-term capital allocation
