Our Client a leading Wealth Management Firm backed by marquee Investor is looking for Head of Investment Counsellor Location: Mumbai/ Bengaluru Job Purpose The Head of Investment Counsellor will lead the Investment Counselling team, providing strategic guidance, ensuring alignment with the organization's wealth management objectives, and delivering world-class investment advisory services to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This individual will be instrumental in driving portfolio performance, client satisfaction, and business growth while adhering to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Strategy: - Develop and implement the overall strategy for the Investment Counselling division in alignment with organizational goals. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Investment Counsellors, fostering a high-performance culture. - Ensure alignment of client investment strategies with their financial goals, risk appetite, and market conditions. - Drive innovation in investment advice, leveraging technology and market insights to enhance service delivery. 2.
