Head - Investment Banking Team - Healthcare & Diagnostics Vertical

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the Healthcare & Diagnostics vertical within the Investment Banking team.

- Looking out for professionals with a strong track record in originating and executing investment banking transactions in the Healthcare & Diagnostics sectors

- Build and mentor a high-performing team of sector-focused professionals.

- Drive the business strategy for the vertical including origination goals, sector mapping, and relationship coverage.

- Identify, pitch, and originate mandates across M&A (buy-side/sell-side), fund-raising (PE/VC), and IPOs/QIPs.

- Lead deal execution from ideation to closure - including industry analysis, financial modeling, preparation of IM/teasers, and negotiation support.

- Liaise with investors (PE/VC), strategic buyers, legal and diligence teams.

- Cultivate and manage relationships across large hospitals, diagnostics chains, healthcare services, pharma companies, and medical devices.

- Be the face of the firm at key industry events and build strong sector presence.

- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics within the Healthcare & Diagnostics space.

- Provide thought leadership and support to internal and external stakeholders with in-depth sector insights.
