Head - Inventory & Fulfilment Services

Description:

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head Inventory & Fulfilment Services to lead our inventory management and fulfilment operations across multiple locations. This role is critical to ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies for inventory planning, allocation, and replenishment across warehouses and fulfilment centers.

- Oversee end-to-end fulfilment operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

- Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and working capital efficiency.

- Implement best practices for demand forecasting, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.

- Drive automation and technology adoption in inventory and fulfilment processes.

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless operations.

- Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, and fulfilment cost per order.

- Lead a large team and manage vendor/3PL relationships for warehousing and distribution.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required Experience:

- Total Experience: 1218 years in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Fulfilment Operations.

- Relevant Experience: Minimum 8 years in e-commerce or omni-channel retail.

- Proven expertise in inventory planning, warehouse operations, and last-mile fulfilment.

- Strong knowledge of WMS, OMS, and advanced analytics tools.

- Experience in scaling operations and implementing automation solutions.

- Leadership experience managing large teams and multi-location operations.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

- MBA or equivalent preferred.

Skills Required:
