Description: You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our agency insurance operations based in Manila. Your core mission is to establish and nurture a network of freelance insurance agents. You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, establishing strong relationships with insurers, agents, and executing strategies to capture the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a sales team, including Unit Managers and Agent Relationship Officers.

- Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the insurance business.

- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, agents, and other key partners.

- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.

- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our insurance products and services and ensure the sales team is well-equipped to promote them.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the senior management team.

- Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: full Time MBA

- Experience: 10+ years of demonstrated experience in insurance sales, agency management, or a related domain in the South East Asia region

- Industry Network: A strong network and established relationships within the insurance industry are highly desirable.

- Leadership Proficiency: Exceptional leadership abilities and adeptness at managing teams are essential.
