Scrabble is seeking a visionary Head of International Sales for a leading global horticulture firm in Mumbai to lead their expansion efforts across the US, Europe, and GCC markets. Responsibilities: - Complete P&L ownership of the assigned geography or region - Studying the F&V market in the target country or region - Identifying new markets for exports and developing new customers - Planning virtual sales campaigns and participation in trade shows suited to the markets and current consumer trends - Cross Selling of products to existing customers - Onboarding new customers and close in negotiated sales numbers - Negotiating the sale terms and closing in on the sales orders with customers of the assigned geography. - Track and close the receivables from the allotted customers and confirmation from finance team on the payments received. Receipt to closure of Quality related claims with the customers. Qualifications: - Candidate should have relevant working experience in exports of fruits and vegetables or perishable products. - Excellent Communication Skill - Candidates having exposure to manage sales remotely and strong bend towards products, competition & consumer analytics. - Excellent interpersonal skills can work well with cross functional teams - Strong in numbers and has strategic ability to drive results - Preferably PG in Agri business or International Sales Most importantly, we are looking for passionate entrepreneurs who want to work at the grass root level, drive impact in India's biggest sector & Help Farmers Win!
