Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- International Client Engagement and acquisition: Serve as the primary liaison for our international clientele, fostering robust relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to Superplum's diverse product range, enhancing their experience and our market presence.
- Understanding regulatory requirements
Sales & Customer Service Support:
- Onboarding & After-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly onboard new clients and provide comprehensive after-sales assistance.
- Issue Resolution: Handle client escalations with efficiency, ensuring swift resolutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
Operational Coordination:
- Data Management: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and service improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on customer engagement, follow-up effectiveness, and service enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and business development teams to bolster customer engagement strategies.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 8-10 years in client servicing, preferably with International clients, and B2C sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Excellence: Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
- Follow-Up Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to manage follow-ups diligently, ensuring client needs are met promptly.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A deep-seated commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
