We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the marketing function for our client globally. This individual must be a natural leader, love to work in an intense and exciting environment, thrive on challenging goals and be a great team player. This role is part of the Senior Leadership Group and will contribute directly to design and execution of our strategy and business and will partner closely with Executive leaders, across functions to herald the company into the next phase of its growth journey. This position will lead a team of marketing professionals across geographies and industry verticals. The role reports to the CEO and manages a team of 30+ across geographies. BRANDING/STRATEGY - Periodically work to refresh and finesse the brand in line with the vision, progress on strategy, and the market's evolution - Work with all BU's on respective marketing plans - digital marketing (broad, ABM, influencer), the conference circuit - Elevate presence in the right markets by creating signature events, participation (Industry and societal events/ initiatives) and sponsorships - Help develop brand and presence of key senior leaders on physical-digtal forums - Co-develop and operate a thriving enterprise level Advisor/ Analyst/ Influencer program, partnering closely with BU leaders - Partner with HR and Ops to run an ongoing outreach and engagement program for existing and potential talent - Curate a distinctive and substantive employee comms program - Develop a comprehensive marketing framework to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, employer branding and influencer marketing LEAD GENERATION : - Scale our nascent inside sales progress into a viable and thriving channel - Drive improvement in lead flow through various initiatives. Campaign framework, design and roll-out, automation of campaign execution through tools & transformation. - Direct marketing campaigns and strategies; owning the funnel from impression through conversion - Accountable for marketing spending and brand revenue. Report on marketing KPI's and strategy to main stakeholders and oversee new opportunities for generating leads ANALYTICS & AUTOMATION : - Build data frameworks, processes and harness intelligence to run digital campaigns - Automate processes to further efficiencies and intelligence TEAM LEADERSHIP : - Lead and manage teams to efficiently execute day-to-day objectives in line with business goals - Work effectively with the global team to create a strong content marketing strategy and thought leadership; develop a singular vision MEDIA RELATIONS : - Engage with PR agency effectively to promote employer branding and visibility amongst prospect customers and employees
