Job Summary:
The role is responsible for driving international business growth for non-invasive medical devices across regulated markets (US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.). The incumbent will manage B2B sales, distributors, ensure regulatory alignment, develop new markets, and achieve revenue targets while complying with global regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute international sales strategies for regulated markets.
2. Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners globally.
3. Drive market entry strategies, pricing, forecasting, and annual business plans.
4. Negotiate distributor agreements, commercial terms, and long-term partnerships.
5. Support product registrations, renewals, and regulatory documentation as required by international markets.
6. Monitor market performance, competition, and customer feedback.
7. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
8. Coordinate with Marketing for international launches, promotions, and exhibitions.
9. Represent the company at global trade fairs, distributor meetings, and customer visits.
Experience:
1. 15-24 years of experience in international business/export sales
2. Mandatory experience in medical devices, preferably non-invasive products
3. Strong exposure to regulated markets (US/EU/UK/Australia/Canada)
4. Experience working with distributors and global channel partners
