Key Responsibilities:
- Lead international strategic initiatives across ROW, semi-regulated, and regulated markets to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Oversee product registration processes for company-owned products and ensure timely market entry.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities for Contract Development & Innovation and Manufacturing (CDMO) and contract manufacturing partnerships.
- Drive in-licensing and out-licensing opportunities to expand Genos global product portfolio.
- Manage and expand partnerships with private label companies out of India and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Build and lead strategic alliances with distributors, partners, and local agents across targeted geographies.
- Ensure full compliance with international regulatory and quality standards for all export operations.
- Develop and implement long-term international business strategies aligned with Genos overall corporate vision.
- Conduct regular business reviews, market analysis, and risk assessments to guide strategic decision-making.
