Job Title: Head Business Development (International Team)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head of International Business Development (B2B) to drive global expansion and revenue growth. The role involves identifying new international markets, building strategic partnerships, and leading end-to-end B2B sales cycles across geographies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in international sales, client acquisition, and market entry strategies, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and evaluate new international markets and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for global expansion.
- Drive B2B sales across regions such as North America, Europe, Middle East, or APAC.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of international clients and partners.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Build long-term relationships with global clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and nurture strategic alliances, channel partners, and distributors.
- Collaborate with partners to drive joint business growth and market penetration.
Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
- Own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of business goals.
- Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and commercial models.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Provide insights from global markets to influence product strategy.
Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor a small BD team (if applicable).
- Track KPIs, sales metrics, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in International B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Proven track record of closing deals in global markets.
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cross-border sales.
- Experience in industries like SaaS, IT services, consulting, or similar B2B domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with global clients across different time zones.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
- Experience working in high-growth startups or global organizations.
- Exposure to multi-region sales (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East).
- Experience in building partnerships and alliances.
