Role: Head Internal Audit

Organisation: NBFC of an Indian Conglomerate

Responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's internal audit strategy to safeguard assets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.

This leadership role demands a deep understanding of NBFC regulations, strong governance acumen, and the ability to provide strategic risk insights to senior leadership and the Board.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within NBFCs, banks, or financial services.

- Strong understanding of RBI regulations, SEBI guidelines, and Companies Act provisions relevant to NBFCs.
