Work Days:

Monday to Saturday (1st, 2nd & 4th Saturdays are non-working)

Timings:

9:00 AM 7:00 PM

A diversified conglomerate with strong presence across multiple business verticals is seeking a seasoned finance leader to head its Internal Audit function. This is a strategic leadership role designed for professionals with deep experience in finance governance, risk management, and compliance across large, complex organizations.

Position Overview:

The Head of Internal Audit will be responsible for leading the internal audit function across the group, ensuring robust financial controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices. The role requires a Country Head Finance or Finance Controller level professional with proven expertise in handling end-to-end finance for large businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Internal Audit function across all business units.

- Design and implement audit strategies, risk frameworks, and compliance processes.

- Partner with senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and governance.

- Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across the group.

- Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for audit planning and execution.

- Present audit findings to the Board and recommend corrective actions.

- Drive process improvements in finance, accounting, and operational controls.

- Mentor and lead the internal audit team to achieve excellence.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.

- 15-20 years of experience in Finance & Audit leadership roles.

- Proven track record as Country Head Finance or Finance Controller in a conglomerate.

- Strong exposure to manufacturing, diversified industries, or large corporate groups.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
