Role : Leadership Hiring | Head Internal Audit & Quality Assurance

Location : Kerala (Looking for someone who can relocate)

We are partnering with a leading financial services organization to identify an accomplished Internal Audit leader

Drive enterprise-wide audit, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.

Key Highlights :

- Reporting into the executive leadership team

- Pan-India audit and governance responsibility

- Opportunity to build and strengthen audit frameworks, risk controls, and quality assurance practices

- Lead stakeholder engagement across regulators, business leaders, and audit functions

Ideal Background :

- 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Quality Assurance within NBFCs, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or allied sectors

- Strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks

- Proven experience leading large-scale audit and compliance programs

- Qualified CA / CMA / CS preferred
