Head - Interior Design - Luxury Hospitality

Team & Resource Management

1. Manage and mentor in-house interior design team, including designers and FF&E specialists.

2. Allocate resources across projects based on priorities, timelines, and workload.

3. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders

1. Coordinate closely with internal teams including architecture, project management, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment throughout design development and execution.

2. Review and provide feedback on consultant design submissions to ensure consistency with the overall design brief and project objectives.

3. Lead regular internal design reviews and update the Head of Design Management on progress, risks and key decisions.

Project Oversight

1. Ensure that all interior design packages meet brand, budgetary, technical, and operational requirements

2. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to support efficient design delivery.

3. Collaborate with site and construction teams during implementation to ensure design intent is maintained
