Description: Our client is a renowned player in the hospitality space based in Mumbai.
Role: Head Interior Design
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the interior design philosophy and visual identity for all premium properties.
- Ensure consistency of design language while adapting to local culture, geography and storytelling.
- Lead end-to-end interior design for new resorts, refurbishments, expansions and brand upgrades.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, material palettes, FF&E, and mock-ups.
- Evaluate vendors for innovation, sustainability, cost efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on global hospitality design trends and integrate relevant innovations.
- Build, mentor and lead an in-house interior design team.
Preferred candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 15 - 20+ years of experience in interior design, with significant exposure to premium hospitality and resorts.
- Experience working with cross-functional and senior leadership teams
