
Role and Responsibilities
As the Head for Ethics, Compliance and conduct you will be responsible of
- Supporting the implementation and oversight of the Group's Compliance framework, ensuring compliance with both external regulatory requirements and internal ethical standards.
- Leading and supporting investigations into alleged violations of laws, regulations, company policies, or ethical standards
- Ensuring the company's full compliance with the POSH Act, 2013 and related internal policies.
- Preparing and submit the annual POSH report to the District Officer as per statutory requirements
- Overseeing the operation and promotion of the Group's whistleblowing mechanisms locally
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role you must have
- A graduate/post graduate degree in Law
- Over 10 years post qualification experience with 5-7+ years of relevant experience in compliance, ethics, investigations, or regulatory affairs in a multinational, regulated industry.
