Role Purpose:

The Head - Integrated Planning will lead the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning function covering Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Capacity Management, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.

This role is critical to ensuring supply-demand balance, inventory optimization, production reliability, and alignment between commercial, manufacturing, procurement, and finance teams across the company's 4 formulation sites, 2 technical sites, and the greenfield formulation facility. The incumbent will build a data-driven, digitally enabled planning organization that delivers forecast accuracy, supply continuity, and working-capital efficiency while supporting the company's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the demand planning process and drive statistically robust, commercially aligned forecasts

- Improve forecast accuracy through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance

- Develop and execute constrained and unconstrained supply plans

- Lead production scheduling and finite capacity planning across formulation and technical sites

- Own inventory planning, safety stock policies, and working-capital targets

- Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP process, including pre-S&OP, demand review, supply review, and executive S&OP

- Identify supply, demand, capacity, and inventory risks proactively

- Champion the use of SAP IBP or equivalent advanced planning platforms

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 planners covering demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP support

Candidate Profile:

- Science or Engineering graduate (Chemical / Mechanical / related discipline preferred)

- MBA or equivalent management qualification

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning within the Chemical, Agrochemical, Pharmaceutical, or allied process industries

- Proven experience of working across multiple manufacturing sites and supporting large projects
