- Head - Institutions Development
- Education: MBA from a premier institute (IIM/ISB or equivalent).
- Background in economics/public policy is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8-12 years overall, with at least 35 years in Market Access within healthcare/pharma.
- Exposure to pricing, reimbursement, health economics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment.
- Ability to drive cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Analytical capability with exposure to data-driven decision-making.
- Preferred: Prior consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, etc.) or experience in commercial excellence roles
