Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Inside Sales Leader to join our team in Mumbai (Bombay). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and leading the inside sales team, driving the growth of our customer base, and ensuring the successful adoption of our SaaS solutions within large enterprises. Inside Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing inside sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and results-driven performance. 2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. 3. Process and Cadence: Establish and optimize sales processes and cadence, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and performance metrics. Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the needs of large enterprises, staying updated on market trends, customer pain points, and competition. 4. Customer Engagement: Oversee and enhance customer engagement strategies, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. 5. Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the inside sales team, regularly reviewing and optimizing performance against targets. 6. Recruitment and Development: Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent in inside sales, providing coaching, training, and feedback for continuous growth. 7. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and continuously improve sales processes and strategies. 8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive customer success. Qualifications: - 8+ years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of success in scaling sales operations. - Experience in a SaaS company selling to large enterprises is highly preferred. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve their targets. - In-depth knowledge of sales processes, cadence, and best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to relocate to Mumbai (Bombay), if not already based in the area. - A passion for staying updated on market trends and industry developments.
