Role Overview
Univest is looking for a Head of Sales - B2C to own and scale our high-velocity inside sales engine. This role will drive revenue, conversion efficiency, team productivity, and sales operating cadence across a 100+ member sales organization.
You will be responsible for transforming sales into a data-driven, process-led, high-performance revenue function with strong alignment across marketing, product, analytics, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Sales Strategy
- Own B2C revenue targets and drive predictable monthly growth.
- Build and execute scalable inside sales strategy for high-volume lead flow.
- Define funnel conversion benchmarks from lead to closure.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales operating rhythm.
Team Leadership & Org Scaling
- Lead, inspire, and scale a 100+ member inside sales team through strong middle-management layers.
- Build a high-performance sales culture with clear KPIs and accountability.
- Hire, train, and develop Team Leaders, Managers, and top-performing closers.
- Drive performance management, PIP frameworks, and incentive structures.
Lead Management & Productivity
- Own dialer strategy, connect rates, speed-to-lead, and agent productivity metrics.
- Optimize lead allocation logic, prioritization models, and follow-up systems.
- Improve cost per acquisition (CPA), revenue per lead, and revenue per sales rep.
- Ensure maximum ROI on marketing-generated leads.
