
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the synthesising of complex and varied data sources for monitoring/reporting the operational performance of technology systems, cyber threats, fraud events and payments operational processing.
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders across Enterprise Technology, Group Security, Risk, Corporate Communications, Fraud and Payments to develop operational monitoring and real time response systems. Work with T&EO architecture teams to design and implement data models and rationalise tooling across the Incident Management Domains related to real time data
- The role must align with the published Major Incidents Response Framework and any strategic decisions from the Chief Architect, Technology and Security Officers.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is principally responsible for:
- The development of the instrumentation lake house.
- Major Incident detection systems
- Governance and reporting of incidents, creating threat led assessment capability.
- Development of proactive incident mitigation
- Risk resilience and alignment with APRA requirements
- Improved incident detection and response through cross-domain collaboration and
- Enabling technology and data analytics capabilities to manage multiple domains and complex data
