Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing/Consumer Goods

Role Overview:

This is a strategic leadership position where you will own and drive the entire IT ecosystem of the fast-growing consumer-focused organization. You will lead the implementation and management of WMS (Warehouse Management System), SAP, Digital Factory Automation, and other key technology initiatives critical to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and own the end-to-end IT landscape across SAP, WMS, MES, and digital factory systems.

- Improve post-SAP-go-live adoption, streamline processes, and drive strong change management.

- Enhance data visibility from production and shopfloor systems to support real-time, informed decision-making.

- Build scalable, process-driven technology frameworks aligned with the company's growth trajectory.

- Collaborate with business leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations to design practical, effective tech solutions.

- Drive digital transformation projects with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

-15+ years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.

- Strong expertise in SAP (post go-live), WMS, MES, and factory automation systems.

- Demonstrated success in change management, user training, and technology adoption.

- A business-first thinker with strong stakeholder management and solution-oriented problem-solving.

- Willingness to relocate to Dehradun for a minimum of 6 months, after which the role is based in Noida with required travel.

Work Schedule:

6-day working week (6th day can be Work From Home)
