Hiring: Head of IT - Dehradun | Consumer Brand Growth Story

We are working with a fast-growing consumer-focused brand that is expanding rapidly and seeking a Head of IT to lead its digital & IT transformation journey.

Location: Dehradun (Initial Minimum 6 Months Relocation, followed by business travel from Noida)

About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership position where you will own and drive the entire IT ecosystem of the organization. You will lead the implementation and management of WMS (Warehouse Management System), SAP, Digital Factory Automation, and other key technology initiatives critical to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation and management of WMS, SAP ERP systems, and Factory Automation Digital Solutions

- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure aligned with business goals

- Ensure system stability, security, and performance across locations

- Partner closely with business teams to drive digital transformation initiatives

- Manage internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time

- Ensure business continuity and support future scalability

Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in WMS, SAP, and Factory Automation

- Proven leadership in handling IT operations in a manufacturing or consumer goods setup

- Willingness to relocate to Dehradun for at least 6 months, followed by a flexible arrangement where you work from Noida and travel to Dehradun

- Hands-on experience in managing digital transformation projects

- Strong business partnering mindset with a solution-oriented approach

- Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
