We are seeking a seasoned Head of IT to lead the organization's IT strategy, digital transformation, and technology operations. The role will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring robust infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and supporting large-scale EPC operations across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation goals.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise systems (ERP, project management tools), applications, and data security across locations.
- Lead implementation, optimization, and governance of ERP systems, project controls tools, and collaboration platforms used in EPC operations.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and cybersecurity of IT systems, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Partner with business leaders across engineering, projects, finance, procurement, and HR to enable technology-driven process improvements.
- Manage IT vendors, system integrators, and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost optimization.
- Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance with regulatory and data protection standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team to build strong technical and leadership capabilities.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
- 15-25 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within EPC, infrastructure, or industrial organizations.
- Strong experience in ERP systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to IT systems supporting large-scale EPC or project-driven environments.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing IT operations across multiple locations and geographies.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
