Description: Hiring for a global investment firm which is a Canadian MNC .
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity (Primary Domain):
- Design, implement, and monitor security protocols to protect systems and data.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches.
Applications (Primary Domain):
- Manage and support enterprise applications such as Yardi, Valproc, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand application requirements and enhancements.
- Provide functional and technical support for ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Oversee application integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Network & IT Infrastructure (Secondary Domain):
- Support server management, network configuration, and IT infrastructure operations.
- Assist in maintaining uptime, performance, and scalability of systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure projects.
Project Management and System Integration:
- Oversee key IT projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new technologies and integrations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a primary point of contact for all senior management and key business stakeholders regarding IT needs and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates on IT performance, project status, and key developments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 12 to 15 years of experience in IT roles with a focus on cybersecurity and enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Yardi, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is essential.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure and networking is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH for cybersecurity.
- Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies
