Head - Information Security/Cyber Security

Job Description :

Position : Head of Information Security

Qualification & Experience : Graduate or MBA with 10 to 15 years, with a minimum of 4 years in a cybersecurity leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the organization's security function, including both internal and external security.

- Define and drive the information security strategy and roadmap.

- Lead security risk management initiatives.

- Oversee security operations, incident response, and threat management.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and industry requirements.

- Participate in CISO forums, board meetings, and executive leadership meetings, providing security guidance and updates.

- Build and maintain relationships with cybersecurity communities, industry groups, and professional networks.

- Provide leadership and oversight for offensive security activities, including red teaming, penetration testing, and security assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of offensive security, red teaming, penetration testing, and security testing methodologies.

- Proven experience in cyber security leadership.

- Preferred experience working as a Security Advisor or in a similar advisory role.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and board members.

- Preferably from a cybersecurity-focused background.
