- As the Head of Industry and Customer Research for Cloud PC Business, you will be responsible for leading research efforts to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape within the Cloud PC industry. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to translate research insights into business strategies and product roadmaps that drive growth and market share for our Cloud PC business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive research strategy to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior patterns for Cloud PC solutions. - Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas of growth for our Cloud PC business. - Analyze market data and research findings to provide insights to cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales. - Partner with internal stakeholders to develop product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies that align with customer needs and market trends. - Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, analysts, and influencers to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. - Drive the development and execution of customer surveys, focus groups, and user testing to gather feedback and insights on new products and features. - Work with marketing and sales teams to develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonates with target customers and differentiates our Cloud PC solutions from competitors. - Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in market research, product marketing, or related field, with a focus on the technology industry. - Proven track record of conducting market research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable strategies. - Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data and research findings into concise, actionable insights. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. - Experience working in the Cloud PC industry or related fields is a plus.
