Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end administration of a large integrated plant and township ecosystem. The role involves managing township operations, infrastructure, housing, transport, employee welfare, vendor governance, and public relations to ensure seamless plant functioning and high-quality living standards for employees and residents.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead administration of plant, township, and associated infrastructure.
- Manage housing allotment, residential colonies, guest houses, and transit accommodations.
- Oversee township infrastructure including roads, water supply, sewage, landscaping, and civil/electrical maintenance.
- Drive housekeeping, sanitation, and waste management across plant and township facilities.
- Administer transport systems for high-volume daily commuters.
- Support industrial relations and coordinate with HR, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Manage employee welfare facilities such as canteens, sports complexes, medical centers, and community programs.
- Govern vendor and contractor performance across housekeeping, security, maintenance, and transport.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with government authorities, statutory bodies, and external agencies for compliance and CSR initiatives.
Candidate Profile :
- 20+ years of experience in administration, township management, or facility management within large manufacturing organizations.
- Minimum 8-10 years in leadership roles managing large industrial townships.
- Exposure to steel, mining, power, cement, refinery, or heavy engineering sectors preferred.
- Strong background in infrastructure planning, industrial relations, vendor management, and government liaison.
- Ex-defence professionals with proven administrative leadership in large-scale industry are highly encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Administration / Facility Management / Infrastructure / Hospitality.
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Operations, or Administration preferred.
- Certifications in Facility Management, Safety, or Industrial Relations will be an advantage.
