Required Candidate profile :

- Exp. in social/innovative finance space. Strategic thinker with leadership, partnership and project management skills. Passionate about impact, equity, and building systems that enable lasting change.

- Post-graduate or equivalent in Management Studies/Finance/Economics/Social Sciences, or related fields.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proven track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
