
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our client as Head HR. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in core HR functions and the vision to evolve into a future CHRO. The VP HR will be responsible for driving people strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and enhancing HR processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end hiring strategies, workforce planning, and talent retention initiatives.
- Performance Management: Design and implement robust PMS frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Learning & Development: Build scalable L&D programs to upskill teams and promote continuous learning.
- Culture Building: Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and values alignment.
- HR Process Optimization: Review, refine, and elevate existing HR systems and policies for greater efficiency and impact.
- Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people matters and organizational design.
Desired Profile
- Experience: 10-15 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in mid-sized or growth-stage organizations.
- Expertise: Proven track record in talent strategy, PMS, L&D, and cultural transformation.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
