Job Description:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and scaling needs.

- Lead global talent acquisition and onboarding across multiple functions (tech, product, GTM, operations).

- Build and nurture an inclusive, values- driven organizational culture.

- Design and implement performance management, career development, and learning programs.

- Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance across geographies (US, EMEA, India).

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations in all operating regions.

- Provide HR analytics and insights to enable data- driven decisions.

- Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

The Successful Applicant:

- 7- 13 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in high- growth tech or SaaS environments.

- Excited to work for a growing technology company with under 100 employees.

- Prior experience in startups or smaller setups is highly preferred.

- Proven ability to build HR functions from the ground up and operate independently.

- Expertise in managing HR operations across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, India).

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

- Passion for people, culture, and scaling organizations effectively.
