Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a long-term people strategy aligned with business expansion plans
- Lead organisational design efforts and build leadership capability across functions
- Drive end-to-end talent strategy, including hiring, workforce planning, and internal mobility
- Build robust performance, rewards, and growth frameworks to support high-performing teams
- Shape a vibrant, values-driven culture that enhances employee experience and retention
Ideal Candidate:
- MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 HR institute (XLRI, TISS, etc.) with 10+ years of HR leadership experience
- Proven ability to scale HR charters in dynamic, startup or tech-led environments
- Deep exposure to talent management, capability building, and people operations
- Strong influencing & stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving transformation
